Human Resources, Senior Generalist

Job Description

Edenbridge Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Human Resources Senior Generalist to manage its human resources programs and to help lead an emerging specialty pharmaceutical company through an exciting phase of growth and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior management of the Company at its Parsippany, NJ office and will be responsible for:

  • Recruitment
    • Manage full recruitment process for all functions and levels of the Company including scientific, regulatory, finance, and sales roles
    • Work closely with managers to conduct initial candidate screening and to help determine department needs and candidate fit
    • Conduct effective onboarding to ensure new talent is welcomed into the organization
  • Employee Relations & Compliance
    • Proactively communicate with all levels of the Company to keep abreast of employee needs and concerns
    • Work closely with employees and managers to maintain a positive corporate culture and high workplace morale
    • Coordinate communication and resolution of work-related issues
    • Ensure compliance with all labor, employment, and immigration laws
  • Talent Development & Retention
    • Coordinate internal training and employee development programs
    • Assist employees with career growth and leadership training
  • Employee Benefits
    • Manage employee benefits programs including enrollment, billing, and claims
    • Work with senior management to budget and administer new employee benefits
  • Office Management
    • Manage front desk receptionist and facilities services administration
    • Coordinate acquisition and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field required
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can be effective with minimal supervision and the ability to develop and recommend new HR programs
  • High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics
  • Demonstrated management and leadership abilities
